Terms of Service

These terms are between you and SignalCheck, the service described below.

SignalCheck is decision support, not financial advice. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument, it does not tell you what to trade, and it does not guarantee any outcome. Trading carries risk of loss.

SignalCheck reads a trade idea you provide — typed or in a chart screenshot — compares it with live public market data, and returns a structured opinion: a score, a verdict, and the level that would invalidate the idea. It is a decision-support tool.

Trading carries risk of loss. We do not promise, and you should not expect, any particular result, return or accuracy. Past market behaviour does not predict future behaviour, and nothing in the product is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Analyses you run are stored against it so you can revisit them in History.

• Weekly — $9.99 per week, 25 analyses every week.
• Monthly — $19.99 per month, 100 analyses every month.
• Six months — $59.99 every 6 months, 600 analyses for six months.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Your plan activates once payment is confirmed, and usage allowances reset at the start of each period.

If you have used fewer than 5 analyses, email us within 14 days of your most recent charge and we will refund it in full. Outside that window your subscription simply stops at the end of the paid period and you are not charged again.

Do not resell access, scrape the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use SignalCheck for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

The service depends on third-party market data, AI providers and payment processing. It may be unavailable or degraded while those are. We aim to keep the account limits we publish accurate, and we may change the service with reasonable notice.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
